How To Use:

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of SERENITY blend to a diffuser.

Topically: Mix 1-2 drops of SERENITY to 1 teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil/ moisturiser and apply to wrists, neck, chest or on the soles of your feet.

Contraindications: Do NOT ingest. May cause skin irritation if applied topically. Seek medical advice before use if pregnant or have a medical condition.
