How to use Lavender essential oil:

Diffuser: Add 6- 8 drops of Lavender essential oil to a diffuser.

Inhale: Breathe in the oil directly from the bottle.

Shower: Add 2-3 drops of Lavender essential oil into the corner of the shower and inhale this amazing aroma.

Bath:  Add 4-6 drops of Lavender oil to 5ml of carrier oil (like fractionated coconut oil) blend together and add to bath water.

Topically: Combine 2 drops of lavender oil to 20ml carrier oil and apply to wrists.

Contraindications: If pregnant or breastfeeding seek medical advice before use. Avoid use on children under 2. Keep out of reach of children. Use with caution around pets. Do not use topically on pets.
