PURE Frankincense essential oil

 Well known for its ability to help heal minor wounds and skin infections. 

Frankincense is rich in antioxidants and is known to reduce the appearance of blemishes, wrinkles, stretchmarks and scars. It also promotes collagen production and cell regeneration, and is ideal to use if you have oily or acne prone skin as it helps balance the skins sebum production.

Blends well with Lavender, Orange, Grapefruit, Lemon, Geranium and Clary Sage.

How to use Frankincense essential oil

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Frankincense essential oil to a diffuser.

Inhale: Breathe in the oil directly from the bottle. 

Shower: Add 3- 4 drops to the corner of the shower to enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath: Put 3-5 drops into a carrier oil, blend together then add to your bath water.

Topically: Stir 1 drop of essential oil with 5mls carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil). Apply to wrists.

Massage: Use 2% dilution - 40 drops into 100ml carrier oil.

Contraindications:  Do not use on children under 3. Essential oils should not be ingested. Use oil with caution around pets. Do not apply topically on pets.
