HARMONY essential oil blend

HARMONY blend is a carefully blended mix of Cedarwood, Grapefruit and Geranium to help promote mindfulness, inner peace and serenity. May help ease feelings of anxiety and stress.

How To Use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your HARMONY blend to your diffuser.

Inhalation: from the bottle

Shower: Add 3-4 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy your blend with steam inhalation.

Topically: Mix 1 - 2  drops of HARMONY to a teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil and apply to wrists, neck or chest.

Contraindications: Do NOT ingest. May cause skin irritation if applied topically. Seek medical advice before use if pregnant or have a medical condition.
