How To Use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of your ENERGY blend to your diffuser and feel invigorated for the day.

Shower:  Add 3-4 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy your blend with steam inhalation.

Topically: Mix 1-2 drops of ENERGY to a teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil and apply to wrists, neck, chest or on the soles of your feet.
