How To Use:
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of BALANCE blend to a diffuser.
Topically: Mix 1-2 drops of BALANCE to 1 teaspoon (5 ml) carrier oil/ moisturiser and apply to wrists, neck, chest or on the soles of your feet.
